I walked tiredly into my small apartment bedroom. I sighed, relieved that school was finally over, and I could relax in peace.

What I was greeted with, however, when I raised my head had me locked in place in pure shock. My friends were all in my room, hovering suspiciously around my bed... but that's wasn't the strange part.

Upon noticing I had entered the room, they smiled mischieviously and moved aside allowing me to see what they had been doing. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY SOUL!!!!!!" They all screamed at once.

I looked to my bed to see none other than my lover, Death the Kid. Upon further inspection I realized Kid's hands were tied to the bed headboard with a tag around his neck that read "To: Soul. From: everyone P.S. We hope you enjoy". He was struggling slightly and blindfolded.

But the best part was… he was only wearing his dress shirt with the buttons undone all the way to the start of his hips, just barely hiding him.

"S-Soul? Is that y-you?" Kid asked softly, blushing cutely.

My face instantly exploded into a vibrant red and my eyes widened incredulously. The blush was so intense I felt my ears burning. I quickly reached up and grabbed my nose, positive that if I didn't, the entire floor would be drenched with blood.

Undeniably amused, they started laughing. "We knew you'd like this!" Black Star exclaimed, crossing his arms proudly.

Only one thing could be put together enough in my brain for me to say, and that was "Best… Birthday… EVER!!!!!!"
